Feature: Ability to search/view Master Agreements #7722

As an inventory materials manager, I need to be able to search and view master agreements so that I can create purchase requests and check balances.

Create a searchable table of master agreements in the Finance & Purchasing system. We already have a master_agreements object in the Finance & Purchasing system, but it's only exposed as a form field on the new purchase requests form.
