Many to many relationship created in Pro carries over with data when published to AGOL
No real way to manage/create relationships once in AGOL. Your stuck with what was create in Pro and first published
Is there a way to carry over attribute rules to AGOL or duplicate functionality?
Attribute rules do not carry over
Arcade can be used in some cases (styling and popups) but currently cannot be used to calculate fields only pull information into popups/symbology
Limitations
Many to many relationships in AGOL currently not viable, one to many does not seems ideal in this case
Attribute Rules currently don't carry over into AGOL (This functionality seems like it is on the horizon and would be very helpful)
Newly mapped features would need to be manually added at regular cadence for some smart form functionality to work (asset location to autopull associated information from external csv. May be a workaround available with new scripts functionality)
Online version of the form is not visually appealing and not very configurable, Its much better through app
Pros
Final product would allow for easy visual of Sign locations/Assets along with related work order statuses
Through survey123, individual Work Order/Location/Sign records could be assigned to users based on status in pipeline
Good for work orders created on locations/sign that are already mapped
New installs could be mapped by field crews in real time
Can create custom work order reports with information regarding Work Order/Assets (Does cost credits)
Can manage user access to specific functionality, forms, and maps.
Data could be easily added to Dashboards or other AGOL products for real time progress tracking and quick visualization
Looked into many to many relationships
