Per #7709, need to archive the Signal Engineer Areas layer as they will be requesting to modify it substantially and AMD would like a historical copy.

Exported copy of current Signal Engineer Areas to FGDB in the Signal Engineer Areas Project located in G:\ATD\ATD_GIS\Arterial_Management\299_Signal_Engineer_areas\Signal_Engineer_Areas_Project
