Can we add this to the Sharepoint page Im going to build? Or does the SLA Overview need to be more public?
@ChrispinP plz create a google doc as a starting point and will fill it in.
Created google doc and posted share link in Slack so the team can edit and review.
Tracy, Chrispin, and Amenity are meeting to discuss on Monday 12/21
the rough draft of the SLA Overview is on the DTS google drive under Operations > IT Resources and Policy. Amenity has provided some feedback and others are welcome to do so before we finalize a version for ATD we are happy with.
@SurbhiBakshi @dianamartin — I think this issue may be more in the Service Desk realm nowadays... thoughts?
@SurbhiBakshi @amenity I think we need to publish our SLAs somewhere for our stakeholders to reference, maybe an end message when a user submits a DTS request?
