Create ArcGIS map of traffic signal for Capital Projects Explorer #8221

I will like to provide a map/link to add to the bond project information page below and to ATD financial/project delivery -Meredith/Fernando. https://capitalprojects.austintexas.gov/projects/13238.002?categoryId=Mobility%2520Infrastructure:&tab=list

Map of traffic signal with BBS (installed "via" TK 24ART01168). TK is ongoing for he next 5 years, map needs to keep updating as project moves along.

We're going to use a new AGOL work orders layer for this. We're working on that here, then we can make this map.
