Add new subtypes to the Public Space Management (PSM) Folder (LP) - (Ready for UAT on PROD)

Acceptance Criteria

Two new subtypes need to be added to the PSM folders -- Sidewalk Storefront -- Sidewalk Storefront and Street Patio
Workflow for Sidewalk storefront needs to be the same as Sidewalk cafe.
Workflow for Sidewalk storefront and Street Patio needs to be the same as Sidewalk Cafe and Street Patio.
The fee code 83509 should be renamed as Sidewalk Cafe/Patio/Storefront Applicant Fee. The fee amount will remain unchanged.
A new fee should be created with the Fee Description 'Storefront ROW Usage fee'. Fee amount should be the same as fee code 83511 'ROW Usage Fee'.
For both workflows, fee code 83509 when the folder is created.
For both workflows, the new fee 'Storefront ROW Usage Fee' will be inserted when the folder is created.
For both workflows, ATD tech surcharge of 4% fee amounts should be added to the folder along with the other fees.

Describe the problem.

Add a one or two new subtypes to the Public Space Management (PSM) Folder. One subtype to be called "Sidewalk Storefront" ... likely second subtype to be a combo, "Sidewalk Storefront and Street Patio".

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

Customers will be able accurately identify their Public Space needs. (Distinguish non-food beverage storefront activities from the more narrowly named "cafe".)

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

Customers will be directly to apply under the Sidewalk Cafe subytpe until an alternative is available.

Is there anything else we should know?

The sooner the better but the target date would be 10/01 to align with the new FY.

Update

I'm putting this back in the backlog. It is not in the approved list of updates for the V7 code freeze promotes. We'll pick back up when we're working in V7.

Are we going to have the same fees for these new subtypes? And fee accounts?

Development Notes:

VALIDSUB - Create the following new subtypes. Check if the codes are taken before using. 67015 - Sidewalk Storefront 67025 - Sidewalk Storefront and Street Patio

VALIDFOLDERSUB - Add the above subs in this table also. DEFAULTINFOEXCLUSION - 50355 - Number of Parking Spaces Required (not required for Sidewalk Cafe'. So, add exclusion for 67015(SS))

PROCESS procedures:

Common Review Process - DefaultProcess_PSM_00000005 - Include subcodes in the logic wherever required. Before that create a standalone procedure- Process_PSM_00000005.
Utility Coordination Review, Urban Design Review, ATD Engineering Review - Include subcodes in the logic wherever required. Before that create a standalone procedures wherever necessary.

ATTEMPT procedures: Right-Of-Way Admin Procedure - X Maintenance Agreement - Attempt_PSM_00083728 - include new subcodes as required. PSM - Permitting - X

FEE procedures:

based on the response (if we are going to use same fees or new fees), fee procedures will be updated or added.

90266 lookup - To add fee procedures to folders to enable (insert + run)

People validation - not necessary. There is no info validation procedure. So info validation.

ISSUE procedure - Issue_PSM: Include new subcodes wherever applicable.

Include new subcodes in the logic and need changes as per the fees that are going to be added.

7. Application Attachments - check add if missing. - 83920
8. Make the created permit to display on portal - 99040 lookup
9. Make fees available via portal - 99052 lookup
10. Help text for different pages - 83980
11. Necessary changes in portal submit procedure

Paloma would like to create new AMANDA fee

Name: Sidewalk Storefront ROW Usage Fee (same everything as Sidewalk Cafe ROW Usage Fee)

@vschandramouli please look at this with Paloma and get the usage fees mapped for these new subtypes.
