SR Type: Traffic Signal - Maintenance Page happens after hours, during normal business hours it doesn't get paged out.
Scenario set up:
- SR pushed to Knack
- Page activity pushed to Knack
Questions for 311/CTM:
Have they had any set-ups with activities being sent through ESB? Currently: Only push things back from stakeholder database

- Creates activity
Page Evening Shift(PAGEEVEN)- Signal Pager, X3211 (5-7 minute delay, to queue up) - "To Be Transferred"- Details would flow into the interface

Question to Robert:
When ESB creates CSR record in Knack, we send back unique ID of knack record, append to flex note records and sends that to Knack. (Creating parent and child record)
- storing in memory (link parent to child flex notes) - Yes, stores in a database. Matches stored ID keys to each system.
- persist that ID for long period of time (SR be updated 1 hour later)
The updates shouldn't be an issue, would that be good? Yes, that would be appreciated (Bill)
