Work schedule: to be worked on after getting all work groups onboard work orders.

Digital process to schedule arterial management projects so that signal technicians know what jobs they're being assigned for the next week/two weeks.

They currently have a standing weekly meeting to discuss all the project and their task orders. It's a big coordination effort internally in that business unit. We've wanted to make it more streamlined and easier for the user to be able to assign projects and have a similar look/feel to what they're used to.

They also share this schedule with other stakeholders in the department so folks know what projects AMD is working on and what their workload is.

@johnclary & @dianamartin - If you get a chance to explain this feature at a high level in the issue description, that would be super.

@johnclary create new issue:

ability for other AMD groups to create work orders for signal techs.
need to add attachment type dropdown to signal attachments
need to verify/test permissions & workflows for non-technician users
ask Jonathan/signal engineer to test

@johnclary @dianamartin — when @SurbhiBakshi and I met with Billy for #3155 today, he joked that he thought we'd built this job calendar when he first logged into VZA. Do you think there's any reusable patterns (or even any of the custom code) that would be transferable?
