Transportation Development Services (TDS)

Describe the problem.

I have a performance measure that I would like to be able to report on. I would like to add information to the TIA portal on Transportation Demand Management (TDM) measures. It is something we track as a team, but we do not put that data into the TIA KNACK portal. I need the goal TDM % reduction (based on the geographic area of the project) and then want to track how much TDM reduction we are getting for each case.

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

On the reporting page, I would like to be able to export the TDM goals and realized reductions for each case we put into KNACK.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

I currently have to go into each approved scoping document, open it, and find what the TDM reduction is for each case.

Is there anything else we should know?

We are asked to update this information for performance measures as a division.

Q: Are you reporting this to Smart Mobility? TDM is with Smart Mobility now and Shelby is asking for a TDM dashboard.

• This data may need to be incorporated into the TDM dashboard.

D: Maybe we wait until after we've scoped out Shelby's request and then add data points to the TIA portal as needed for that dashboard.

We want to collect this data regardless of the dashboard.

• TDS is enforcing the direction for TDM (trip volumes)

Update

Diana met w/ Shelby. This didn't ring a bell for her. This is more of a Cole K measurement; Diana asked Shelby to talk to Cole about who is responsible for this measure.

I think we can move forward with this development.
