Describe the problem.

Restock Adjustment. I need to make an adjustment to a restock that was made in error. ID# 16127 Restock of 50x 12” tunnel visors (error) TXN date 5-9-22 Should have been 12” tunnel Louvers (intended restock of 50) I have modified the name so that they do not appear so similar to limit/prevent future occurrences. Also, I have 2 transactions that will need to be returned as they have been issued at a wrong price, I will take care of the returns once the unit price is corrected and reissue them at the correct dollar amount.

Urgently — Critical that this is addressed today

I will be needing this correction to be made as soon as possible due to the wrong dollar value being associated with the tunnel visors. Returns will be necessary to fix the variance. There are currently 2 transactions with incorrect dollar values.

I synced with Johnny on 5/13 We screen shared and he did the returns and I was there for the restocks. He reissued the items and did the restock on the Louvers.
