Create Moped Viewer usability testing plan #9618

As the UX/UI designer leading the design process for the Mobility Viewer addition to Moped, I need to perform user research & testing to better understand the ideal feature requirements of this new product. This involved mapping out a testing plan and recruiting users to participate.

Checklist

Rebecca is using this template to write a usability testing plan.
We have administered a sign-up survey to MUG here.
We are keeping track of potential recruits here, recording who we'd like to include as users and tracks progress for initial contact, meeting schedules, etc.

Document to be shared with users; includes links to each tool and a shortened agenda to set timing & content expectations
Document to be used for taking notes; includes full agenda of actions & questions
