Design a map in Moped so TPW staff can better plan projects and coordinate efficient operations.

This work includes:

User interviews and usability testing
Requirements gathering and documentation
Prototyping and design iterations
Deliver a design for an MVP Projects Map

*Should we even use the name "Viewer" for the in-Moped tool? We're already using "Views" for specific tabular arrangements of specific data. Maybe just "Map" and "List" as tabs on the "Projects" page? Then rename the projects' "Map" tab "Location" or "Components"
