Mobility Project Viewer | Implement MVP

Austin residents would like to explore visualizations of all the city's ongoing mobility infrastructure projects, offering government transparency and managing community expectations.

This platform would be publicly accessible through navigation external to the current Moped product. As a standalone site, it would fill the entire container on the screen, with a header & navigation that aligns with the Moped/DTS branding.
