MMC 311 Outcomes

We ultimately said that the "Activity Codes" are going to be updated rather than showing as "Review Interface Request" and will provide much more value to a citizen as well as the notes that are coming over.

Decision to keep the existing activity codes we have in Knack and have 311 update their activity codes and make their outcomes complete when entered into the system.

I will send Chandra and Patrick an email with the updates.

I spoke with the AMD Stakeholders about their Activity Codes and the updated Activity Status Outcomes this afternoon. I’ve attached the updated translation table of their changes. They’d like if it would be possible for 311 to update the existing translation table to accommodate their activity codes that are used in Knack and for them to have a status of “Completed”.

You’ll see I also dropped a screen shot of the changes so you can quickly look at it as well. Will this be sufficient for the updated standard change? The text in BLUE are new fields or requests for renaming existing fields. I also added some Activity Codes based on an 8-character digit length. You can certainly change these if there are already being used.
