Presumably referring to having the chat open and pressing the appropriate keys for binds made in the context menu go off. Binds made in console can't work while typing.

Tried to replicate, couldn't. Needs more information or I think it should be closed. I will try and ask Gravity about it when I see him.

I don't think this is a duplicate of #563.

Spoke with Gravity. He said he didn't know how to replicate it. He ran away for some reason while I was asking him about it so I'm not sure what else he knows. I tried a few things and couldn't get it to happen for myself.

I think it may simply be an issue with typing too fast (i.e. he started typing when the Y menu hadn't even loaded yet). You can replicate this:

  1. bind /advert "test" to K key in c menu
  2. press Y to open chat
  3. QUICKLY press K just after
  4. K key will advert despite having pressed Y

This might be due to networking taking place in the background. I checked Gravity's ping and it was between 100-150, which would be enough to cause this type of thing if it is network related.
