CG Styled Voting Prompts #564

Related Problem Out of place voting menu. Preferred Solution CG stylized voting menu. Alternatives Considered Would be really cool if the menu stacked vertically like sits do. Additional Context Discussed in dev chat.

Only my opinion here, but I think the job votes popups should be removed. I don't think they really have any useful function. It's very rare for people to vote no against someone. They're mostly just an eyesore.

What I do think should be retained however is demote voting, which is important. Unfortunately since most people ignore the job votes, the demote votes get ignored aswell through association!
