/cloak command #574

When VIP, Users i am not sure about use: "/cloak" it shows in ur screen ur cloaked, dont engage in RP, and probally when u kill someone after doing it it wil probally show for admin "WARNING "Name" Killed someone while cloaked.

Presumably saying they are using them without permission, so this issue is for removing their ability.

Tried it today. Basically it'll say "you are cloaked" even though you aren't and even though you don't have access to it.
