Fired around 50 shots directly into a regular gangster's face in which he did not have enough AP to negate the expected damage. Each round from my understanding does 23 dmg and at least 30 hit as his face exploded with blood, meaning it's registering him getting hit but he has somehow survived. So idk exactly what the issue is, but the minigun isn't doing what it should be doing, especially up close when I'm shoot him in the head in a less than 2 foot distance.
