Mark any old or minor bugs closed as to have a fresh start with a clean workflow for CG bugs.
Alternatives
I could work with a developer with what should be closed and not, or start a whole new GitHub, but nah.
Any problems that would result of this would be fixed by re-reporting bugs we glossed over.
Motivation
There are so few developers, so many issues, and half of those issues are outdated.
It would improve workflow if we could restart with the intent to keep track of all our future issues.
