The permission that grants other users to start their own warehouse mission is broken in which the user is unable to start a mission when granted.
Steps to Reproduce
Go into /org and click "SET FLAGS" on the user you want to have access to
In the flags UI, Make sure the box for "[warehouse] Allows user to start warehouse missions" is true and ticked
Get the user who you just granted permission to try and use the computer in one of the three warehouses.
Expected Behavior
The user should be able to click on the warehouse computer in which it would come up with the UI asking to either "COLLECT" and, "SELL (How much stock you have converted into cash).
Actual Behavior
The user with the permission is unable to open the UI on the warehouse computer.
