Bitcoin and mechanic files are broke/can't see it in logs

/logs
Bitcoin/Vehicle fines
Nothing
Expected Behavior
It was supposed to show for example who destroyed that bitcoin or who took bitcoin out and sold it and about the mechanic fines who placed a fine on a car and how much
**Actual Behavior**
It showed nothing in bitcoin logs and in "Vehicle fines" there is no mechanic fines only police fines
### Evidence
Umm I don't have any screenshots but multiple cc staff will tell that the bitcoin logs are broken and there are no mechanic fines.
