MN Firewall Issue #760

Description

When using the router/PC firewalls. They do not block incoming remote connections.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Have 2 MN PCs connected to different networks (2 different routers)
  2. On one PC secure the router and PC firewalls like so using this MNScript: https://pastebin.com/raw/ahkATFiW
  3. On the 2nd PC on the different network, brute force password and remote connect to the other PC

Expected Behavior

Remote connect to the other PC fails

Actual Behavior

Connected to PC and can do anything.

(This behavior is what I gathered from the protocol names please correct me if I'm wrong.)

This hasn't worked even before MNS was added, so can confirm that the router_firewall doesn't do anything. Unlike the terminal firewall which does still block IPs as expected.
