Title: Failure of giving correct loadout

Reproduction Steps:
1) Be on for example USSR and actually be arrested for X time
2) Be on for example 10thSD Anti-Tank
3) Switch to NATO, get on Infantry.
4) Get cuffed and uncuffed and unstripped
5) Tried for myself and it gave me my NHC loadout (even after I kicked myself after NHC and did it all again it still gave me NHC loadout.
What went wrong: Given the wrong loadout to me when I was cuffed and uncuffed and unstripped
Workaround: If you don't get cuffed and uncuffed you won't receive the wrong loadout and will just have your actual job's loadout.
