Some researchers, NOT ALL, some specific people gain no xp when crediting other people(gensec/dclass). Reconnecting/switching jobs/waiting for after restart don't fix this

Be a researcher (Any research dpt. role works)

Expected Behavior
Unless the researcher has recently already credited somebody he should get 1k xp or something around there.
Actual Behavior
The dclass or gensec who the researcher is crediting gets the xp and it calls out in chat that the researcher has credited somebody but the researcher himself does not get any xp.

This screenshot is about the achievement not counting up but I believe these two issues are related so Ima put it in here.

I didn't think of screenshotting more this is just what I managed to get from clips from today/yesterday. I have everything recorded up to like a week back so I can go through and find the people with issues if really necessary but my recordings are 8-12 hours long so it will take a lot of effort. If not necessary I'd rather not.
Note : Talked with a new player who was playing junior researcher. He told me he kept getting exp until he reached lvl3 and afterward no matter what he did he could not get anymore.
