As the title refers to, SCP-106 can be cuffed, which is a bug, since he is a literal god of evil.

This bug needs to be fixed, it goes against lore, and makes for a unintended method of recontainment. Restraining SCP-106 is not allowed by staff, yet not mentioned anywhere in the rulebook nor in staff rulings
