Docs: Ingesting disconnected media #27

From Install.md: "It is assumed this is the transferable media when running connected side for a disconnected cluster and disconnected config is /pods/content/ansible"

Redline text: "Unsure what you mean by this. Are you saying to mount the transferabe media to /pods/content?

I think in practice it's been staged to /pods/content (or equivalent) then transferred to transferrable media.

Later on the disconnected media ingested either directly from the media, or from the below directory - clarification?"

Update the docs to clarify how the disconnected media is ingested.

updated install.md to be more suggestive, but not definitive. in the end, shoud be defined by end user
