It looks like stalebot is finally able to correctly handle emojis and special characters in labels - https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor4-angular/pull/149#event-4108059743
Some time ago we've tried that with status:stale:🗿. Let's check out if we can improve the look of the label (note that the change will also require changing all stale labels in repos where stalebot is enabled).
