Add more details about testing to the README #26

The most important improvement would be short info about GH tokens - where to get and how to set them. Now it isn't mentioned that for testing you also need them:

REPO - Tests repo name, e.g. workflow-tests. It should be an empty repository with master branch and README.md file only.
