Feature request: Add more information to Telegram message + success message #266

The current Telegram message is pretty empty:

> Telegram Bot:
reason: PURCHASE,
account: e@ma.il
url: [Click here](google.com)

It would be nice if I could see what game is being purchased (maybe add an URL as well) and be notified if the purchase was successful.
