Could the puppeteer instance possibly have this extension added so we can autosolve and possibly completely automate the process https://nopecha.com/

Nopecha, just like the dozens of other captcha solving solutions people have suggested, will be defeated. hCaptcha's whole business model is preventing automation, so it's not worth fighting that battle.
