Description

Test for the panel interface

After many unsuccessful attempts, I can't seems to make the server connect to the interface in GitHub actions, so i'll close this for now

I managed to somewhat test if the interface/server can be launched. It doesn't test if the panel app works, only if it can be ran. Since I did one commit everytime I wanted to test, if this is merged i'll squash them so that there isn't a ton of useless commits added to main.
