Description

Add logging mechanism in notebook controller agents.

Add pyvrep epuck Logger class
Replace frequency mechanism by an interval one (we don't use frequency anymore in routines and behaviors)
Fix deprecated plots

I also simplified eating mechanism by removing the 'can_eat' field for agents.
