@theferrit32 would you refine this and add a description so we can better understand the value and/or need for this?

@theferrit32 actually. if you simply want to rename the github repo. please just go ahead and do that. If there's any fall out from that please describe it so we can appreciate the scope of this change and decide if it's worthwhile.

@larrybabb there shouldn't be any side effects other than just for people remembering where the repo is. I just thought to change it from a gnomad/frequency centric name because that's not all these notebooks do.

I'll rename it now
