Hi, Thank you for this great contribution to research. I have been experimenting various ways to create an immune age and found your paper recently. Could you please tell me which all immune proteins were used in the GAE/misc/cv/collect_ND5_3.py for the get_immune_age function?

Dear Sithara85 Hello. I saw that you were working on GAE, the model of the aging clock iage. I also had a simple problem after studying the code, I did not see the input file 'data/combine_031517.csv' in the data_gen.py file. Have you found this file? I'm a deferred doctoral candidate. I really hope you can help me. This is important to me. I would appreciate it very much if you could help me. Regards,Alisa
