9 months ago Hi, Alisaguan. It's been a long while and I'm not able to get the input data at the moment. It might take me some time to revisit the code for it, but I don't quite have bandwidth at the moment to work on this.

Hello, thanks for sharing the code. And thank you for your significant contributions to the study of immune clocks. I'd like to replicate your code. But your code doesn't seem to have input data. I want to know the input data format of the model. Can you share this file? I'm a deferred doctoral candidate. I really hope you can help me. This is very important to me.
