I've tweaked the description to hopefully be more clearer.
Cheats are not possible as they will result in desyncs due to the strict input-based networking design.

I always find the "Health Handicap" option a bit confusing as I am unsure which values +/- increase or decrease the damage taken. This is partially because the text description talks about the "...damage taken". Is it possible to tweak the description slightly to make this clearer? Or perhaps add it in the README.txt as I can't find it there.
Every time I have used it I have needed to test it as I forget which direction I want to push the value to reduce the damage taken.
Additionally, would it be possible to add a flag to the multiplayer options or a console variable that enables cheats in multiplayer? I would envisage most use cases being for coop (though also deathmatch). Perhaps a setting that all players would need to set before starting a game or it would default to normal.
