Enhancement: Add option to limit respawns in co-op #118

Can we get an option for players to have limited lives in co-op? I want to play this through with a friend and being able to endlessly respawn is kind of a deal breaker. It doesn't appear that any version of the game has this feature, and I'd love to see it here.

It works great. Do you think that you can reload the map when all players are dead?
