Choking Hands can't attack in Multiplayer #119

Title. Me and my friend have noticed that Choking Hands don't do anything when playing in coop aside from running after you.

Hi there, thanks for the report. This 'bug' happens in the original game, likely developers disabled it as choking logic is framerate dependent. I've attempted previously to remove that limitation but it causes desync, and likely will need a rewrite to work in multiplayer - something which might be better addressed upstream.
