Hide the "saving/loading your game" graphic when quicksaving or quickloading #42

I'm talking about the graphic that covers your screen for less than a quarter of a second, it just seems kind of unnecessary to have on, at least by default. I'd suggest having it be hidden and only be enabled by a console cvar.

I was thinking more of a console command instead, so it can be disabled in vanilla mode as well. Does that have an impact on compatibility?

It's simply for aesthetics reasons, as that is what the DOS version does. It could be given to a console command if you'd prefer.
