[feature request] restore unused tesla reaction sprites for notblood enemy behavior

the following enemies have tesla reaction sprites that go unused

• bone eel (tile 3730)
• gargoyle (tile 3719)
• phantasm (tile 3739)
• beast (tile 3744)
• gill beast (tile 3734

some of these were also restored in the 2019 remaster

Hi, thanks for the issue.

Sadly I don't see this as possible for two reasons:

• The sprites exist but lack the SEQ animations
• I don't want to start including custom SEQ animations as it may break mods that use the same SEQ IDs. NotBlood aims to retain the same level of mod compatibility as NBlood

I will have to decline this feature request for now, sorry!
