leverage bosh 2.0 construction for on demand bosh deployment #1

As hazelcast is not natively multi-tenant, it would make sense to use on demand bosh deployment service. To ease this type of cloudfoundry service broker developement, Bosh 2.0 features improve the DRYness of the bosh manifest

hazelcast bosh release manifest should use these bosh 2.0 features to be able to build a full fledge broker

hello @wildnez. Sent you a mail to get in touch. I think the bosh release and the ongoing effort to deploy on the fly bosh cluster could complement your ongoing work on broker / and PCF Tile for hazelcast
