The manifest for CFCR has been moved to https://github.com/cloudfoundry-incubator/kubo-release

kubo-deployment

This repository should be named "kubo-manifest". It contains the documentation and manifests for deploying kubo-release with BOSH.

The repo is consumed by the Kubo service adapter
