Currently, manual steps have to be taken on the host machine to be able to trim the filesystem of encrypted volumes, as described here: https://longhorn.io/docs/1.4.0/volumes-and-nodes/trim-filesystem/#encrypted-volumes
Instead automate these steps via the Ansible setup playbook.
