wordpress self-configuration (sftp access) #14

for some configuration to wordpress that users will want to do once it is installed (e.g. setting up themes), wordpress can do this automatically via the gui if it has sftp access with password. would be handy to set this up for the user. (with a private key it cannot, so a user has to log in and modify the /etc/ssh/sshd_config settings to allow passwords)

actually it needs ftp or ftps. sftp is not supported (so sshd_config isn't important, but installing e.g. vsftpd is).
