refactored to remove use of deprecated code
refactored apps to extend AbstractApplication rather than ApplicationBuilder

Have tested against Brooklyn 0.5.0. All four applications worked.

Tested Drupal on Debian, Wordpress on CentOS.

Thank @jdtoy - I've also added a line to the README.md to say about debian for Drupal, and CentOS for Wordpress. We should test+fix against other versions for a future release. Merging.
