Loading Code on Windows 11 #275

I have been at this for weeks. I have tried ccs v9.1,v9.3 and just for incase v12. also with all these versions of ccs I have tried ELS 1.4 and 1.3. I have done Continuity Checks time and time again. I even tested the LED&KEY with Arduino, that is fine.

I get to the break at line 91 hit resume and nothing happens.

All Fixed I had a bad board from TI
