Transfer the markdown documentation from markhor individual repository to markhor repository

In an effort to conceptually unified the repositories for markhor, there were some information left behind concerning how we use the repositories. Want needs to be done is to take the markdown documentation from the old repo and transfer them into the correct folder inside the markhor repository.
