GIVEN the game has entered CTX_GAMEOVER AND countdown has reached zero THEN execution should display SCORECARD in CTX_SCORECARD as follows:

[ ] Indication that this is high score screen
[ ] list of top 10 scores listed in classic, justified two column fashion
[ ] Table should be sorted from highest (top) to lowest (bottom)
