port sample to ts15 beta (on ts 15 branch)

figured out a workflow using file watchers

npm install -g typescript
npm config get prefix

use the prefix to specify item number 4 in the pic below

(note: the checkbox should be checked to enable the file watcher)

webstorm filewatcher
