Special instructions: deadtime at the start of a fill

For the moment, with the LHC increasing luminosity, run coordination would like the DAQ shifter to record in ELOG the deadtime contributors at the start of a fill (first 30 minutes or so probably), every 5-10 minutes. To do so just take a screenshot of the TTS LPM section of the TCDS CPM "Rates and Deadtimes" page, and then transcribe all entries with >0.5% deadtime together with the total trigger rate (both issued and suppressed) and the physics trigger rate (both issued and suppressed).

2. If it is. Is the deadtime and rate data from the snapshot insufficient? If so, what data from TCDS CPM "Rates and Deadtimes" page is missing?

the per-partition dead times are missing in the flash lists. That’s why shifters have to record them by hand. Hannes.

Do we want to introduce it to flash lists and to the snapshots? If not I'm closing the issue and leaving the special instruction as is right now.

Yes we very much do want to add this to flash lists since the start of Run-2. Unfortunately it seem not high enough on the priority list of the TCDS team.

So for the time being the instructions need to stay. We can keep the issue open.
